Services
Everything needed to clear your record, handled end to end.
From the first free assessment to the final bureau audit, here is exactly what we do and what each step is for.

Debt Review Removal & Bureau Clearance
We legally remove debt review flags from your profile across all four major credit bureaus (TransUnion, Experian, Compuscan and XDS). We handle everything from securing your Form 17.2 clearance certificate to submitting directly to the National Credit Regulator (NCR).
- Secure your Form 17.2 clearance certificate
- Submit removal documents directly to the NCR
- Enforce updates across TransUnion, Experian, Compuscan and XDS
Free initial assessment. Fixed fee structure, no hidden upfront costs.
Debt Counsellor Transfer & Clearance Resolution
If your previous debt counsellor closed down, became unresponsive, or left you stuck in limbo, we legally take over your file and fast-track your clearance directly through court orders or NCR intervention.
- Legally take over a file from an absent or closed counsellor
- Apply directly to the NCR where a counsellor is unresponsive
- Obtain a court order to issue your clearance where required
Quote after assessment. Provided free after your status review.

Credit Bureau Record Audit & Verification
A post-clearance audit where we continuously verify that all four major credit bureaus have updated your profile, ensuring your name reads as 100% clean so you can apply for home loans, vehicle finance and credit cards with confidence.
- Continuous verification across all four bureaus after clearance
- Confirmation that your profile reads 100% clean
- Peace of mind before you apply for finance
Included. Bundled with every clearance package.
Which route applies to you
Form 17.2 clearance and court rescission are not the same thing.
Debts settled, or only a home loan left.
Typical timeline: 3 to 6 weeks
For clients who have paid off all restructured debts, or who only have an up-to-date home loan remaining. This is the faster route: we secure the clearance certificate and submit it to the bureaus.
A court order was granted and must be set aside.
Typical timeline: 3 to 6 months
For clients where a formal court order was granted but financial circumstances changed, or the process was improperly handled. We file to rescind the order and clear the record.
The process
Four calm steps, start to finish.
Free assessment
A two-minute enquiry, then we review your profile across all four bureaus and confirm whether you qualify. No charge.
Qualify and fixed quote
We confirm your route and give you a transparent written fee before any work begins.
We clear the flag
We secure your Form 17.2 certificate and file with the NCR, or obtain a court order, overriding absent counsellors.
Bureau audit
We verify every bureau has updated, and keep checking until your record reads 100% clean.
